located about 4 miles west of Le Center off of
Highway 112 on 261st Avenue.
St. Mary's Calvary Cemetery is located on North
Maple Avenue on the west edge of Le Center.

YOU MAY HAVE A CLAIM AGAINST THE ARCHDIOCESE OF SAINT PAUL AND MINNEAPOLIS
On January 16, 2015, The Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis filed for
protection under Chapter 11 of Title 11 of the United States Code.
The last day to file a SEXUAL ABUSE CLAIM, GENERAL CLAIM, or GOVERNMENT CLAIM against the
Debtor is August 3, 2015.
• If you were sexually abused by any person connected with the debtor, then you must file a claim by August 3,
2015. Sexual abuse, as used in this notice, includes molestation, rape, undue familiarity, sexually-related physical,
psychological or emotional harm, or contacts or interactions of a sexual nature between a child and an adult, or a non-
consenting adult and another adult.
• If you are a person, entity, or Governmental Unit (as defined by Bankruptcy Code § 101(27)), and claim any
right to payment or to an equitable remedy for breach of performance if such breach gives rise to a right to payment,
then you must file a claim by August 3, 2015.
